James Burke as I remem­ber him, relaxed,casual and timed to per­fec­tion.
After the Apol­lo 15 “ham­mer and feath­er” broad­cast from the Moon, I clear­ly remem­ber James pro­duc­ing a ham­mer and a feath­er in the BBC stu­dio and throw­ing them up in the air say­ing words to the effect of ‘this is what hap­pens here on Earth’- but I can find no record or mem­o­ry of this any­where.
